A class with focus on relaxing the body, slowing down the thinking mind, softening the deep tissues and fascia, release physical tension and unblock stagnant energy in the body.

Yin yoga is a slow paced practice where we move into a pose with the intent to stretch and release a muscle group by holding it from 3-5 minutes.

The class will consist of a pranayama practice, 10-12 poses and a long meditation.

A great class for slowing down, connecting to yourself, de-stress, relaxing the body and achieve peace of mind. Perfect for those with busy minds and stressed bodies who would like to feel renewed after class.
