Read moreThe Live classes will be 60 mins in length and can be done from anywhere you like! All you need is yourself, a mat and an internet connection. Each month we will cycle through 4 different styles of Yoga:
Week 1: Vinyasa Basics
Week 2: Power Vinyasa
Week 3: Vinyasa Flow
Week 4: Restorative/Yin
These classes are available to everyone with a subscription to the Online Library, as well as open for Drop-in every week. All classes are uploaded to the Library afterwards, so if you have a subscription you can practice your favourites as many times as you like!
