Acro Yoga for Teens (14+) and Adults is a playful and dynamic course where we explore movement, trust, and connection through partner-based practice.
Over the course of 6 classes, you’ll learn the foundations of acro yoga — including basic lifts, balances, and transitions — building strength, body awareness, and communication along the way. Step by step, we’ll develop the skills needed to move with confidence and work towards simple, creative sequences together.
This course is designed to be both fun and supportive. You’ll work with others in a safe and guided environment, learning how to give and receive weight, find stability, and move with control and ease.
No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to try something new, be a little playful, and connect with others through movement.
Perfect for teens and adults looking to challenge themselves in a new way, build strength and coordination, and experience the joy of moving together.
