The first half of the class moves through a slow, breath-led flow, gently building warmth in the body while creating space, ease, and mindful connection. Movements are soft, intentional, and accessible — allowing you to move with awareness rather than intensity.
In the second half, we transition into a grounding Yin practice, where poses are held for longer to release deep tension in the body and fascia. This part of the class invites stillness, rest, and a deeper sense of calm.
