This 60-minute class offers a gentle yet empowering space to reconnect with your body and mind after birth. Together we’ll move mindfully to stretch and strengthen, rebuild core and pelvic floor stability, and find calm through breath and awareness.

Each class blends strength, softness, and presence — helping you feel both grounded and revitalized. You’ll explore breathing techniques, mindfulness tools, and baby massage, with moments dedicated to nurturing the bond between you and your little one through shared movement, postures, and meditation.

These classes are physically active, allowing you to feel that satisfying post-practice glow, while always honoring the pace your body needs.

Suitable from when you feel ready to begin moving after birth, up until your baby starts crawling.
No previous yoga experience needed — simply come as you are, with your baby by your side.
